These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your relationship with the operator of the Golden Reels online gambling services provided through the website enreelsgold.bet (the "Website"). By accessing or using any gambling products or services on the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms, the following expressions shall have the meanings set out below. In some cases we refer to the Golden Reels UK project internally as Golden Reels; any such reference is solely in relation to the services offered via enreelsgold.bet.
- "Operator" means Aurum UK Ventures Ltd., acting together with its parent company Aurum Gaming Group Ltd. and any group or platform service providers engaged to operate the Website for UK customers.
- "Website" means the online gambling site operated at enreelsgold.bet, including all related pages, subdomains and mobile versions.
- "User" or "you" means any natural person who accesses the Website, whether or not they have registered an Account.

Account Registration

Betting & Gameplay Rules
General Rules for Placing Bets
- Acceptance of Bets: A Bet is deemed accepted when it is recorded on our servers and appears in your Account history. If a technical or other error prevents proper recording, the Bet may be deemed void and any stake will normally be returned to your Real Money Balance.
- Minimum and maximum stakes: Each game or event has its own minimum and maximum Bet limits, displayed within the game interface or on the relevant betting market. You agree not to attempt to circumvent these limits. We reserve the right to adjust limits for individual Players or groups of Players where we consider it necessary.

By placing a Bet you confirm that you have reviewed and understood the applicable game rules.
Modification, Cancellation and Settlement
- Changes to Bets: Once a Bet has been placed and accepted, it cannot usually be cancelled or modified by you. Any functionality for "cash-out" or "early settlement" is offered at our discretion and subject to the conditions displayed at the time of use.
- Errors and obvious mistakes: In the event of a technical error, malfunction, mispricing, miscalculation or any other obvious mistake (including incorrect display of odds, lines or results), we reserve the right to void affected Bets, adjust settlements or correct the error. Where possible, stakes on voided Bets will be returned to your Real Money Balance.
- Disconnections: If your connection is interrupted during play, the official result recorded on our systems will prevail. If this is not possible, the Bet may be settled based on the result already determined by the game logic, or the Bet may be voided.
Conduct in Live Casino and Chats
- Respectful behaviour: You must conduct yourself in a respectful and lawful manner at all times, including in live casino chats, multiplayer games and any other interactive features. Abusive, threatening, discriminatory, harassing, hateful, defamatory or obscene language or behaviour is strictly prohibited.
- No collusion or cheating: Any form of collusion, exploitation of software bugs, use of bots or automated play, advantage play based on technical vulnerabilities, or any other attempt to gain an unfair advantage is forbidden. We may void related Bets, cancel Bonuses, withhold winnings and close Accounts where we identify or reasonably suspect such behaviour.

Bonus Terms
General Bonus Conditions

In the event of any conflict, the specific bonus terms prevail over these general Bonus provisions.
- Eligibility: Bonuses are generally available only to registered Players located in Great Britain who meet the qualifying criteria (e.g. minimum deposit amount, no self-exclusion, no bonus abuse history). Some offers may be restricted by payment method, device, time period or player segment, as indicated in the promotional material.

Wagering Requirements and Timeframes

Right to Withhold or Remove Bonuses
